{"id":19679,"date":"2018-03-28T14:00:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-28T12:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vigilanzalalince.it\/la-storia\/"},"modified":"2019-10-21T11:03:48","modified_gmt":"2019-10-21T09:03:48","slug":"our-history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vigilanzalalince.it\/en\/our-history\/","title":{"rendered":"Our History"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\tThe institution started business in the early \u201850s in the province of La Spezia and was acquired by the present owner in 1958.<br \/>\nIt has always focused on innovation to provide customers with a more efficient service: it began to use vehicles during the \u201860s for night patrols, radios were introduced for communication between patrol units throughout the area and an Operating Centre was set up.<br \/>\nThanks to the know-how gained, subsequent years focused on optimising the organisation of the service and using the latest technologies to improve the quality of the service. A new, more functional headquarters was acquired and the internal organisation of the institution was divided into departments headed by managers in order to support the executive staff.<br \/>\nCarefully selected security guards attend training and refresher courses, first aid, fire-fighting and self-defence courses, as well as frequent target practice sessions.\nThe institution has also been operating in the province of Massa Carrara since 2011.<br \/>\nContinuous commitment to improving the quality of services provided to customers led to the company\u2019s quality system attaining UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI10891  standards and, a first in Italy, the technological certification of all emergency response operating processes, proving their effectiveness and Provincia della Spezia nei primi anni Cinquanta e viene acquisito dall\u2019attuale propriet\u00e0 nel 1958.\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">Gli anni &#8217;60<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Da sempre ha puntato sull\u2019innovazione per offrire ai clienti un servizio sempre pi\u00f9 efficiente: nel corso degli anni 60 vengono adottate le auto per le ronde notturne, vengono introdotte le radio per collegare le pattuglie dislocate sul territorio e viene realizzata la centrale operativa.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">Anni 70-90<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Negli anni successivi, grazie al know-how acquisito, l\u2019attenzione si concentra sull\u2019ottimizzazione dell\u2019organizzazione del servizio e sull\u2019impiego delle tecnologie pi\u00f9 all\u2019avanguardia, a vantaggio della qualit\u00e0 dei servizi. Viene acquisita una nuov e funzionale sede e la struttura interna dell\u2019istituto viene suddivisa in dipartimenti affidati a responsabili che supportano lo staff direzionale.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">Gli anni 2000<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Le Guardie Particolari Giurate, accuratamente selezionate, seguono corsi di formazione e aggiornamento, corsi di primo soccorso, antincendio, di difesa personale e frequenti sessioni di tiro a segno e per settori. Il parco auto viene continuamente rinnovato ed aggiornato.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">2006<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dal 2006 l\u2019Istituto \u00e8 associato ad ASSIV, Associazione Italiana Vigilanza e Servizi Fiduciari, l\u2019associazione con maggiore rappresentativit\u00e0 del settore<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">2011<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dal 2011 L\u2019Istituto svolge la propria attivit\u00e0 anche nella Provincia di Massa Carrara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">2012<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Nel 2012, a seguito di fusione per incorporazione con altro istituto di vigilanza, l\u2019azienda ha subito un notevole ampliamento di organico, si \u00e8 trasferita in nuova sede ed ha ampliato con nuove tipologie di servizi la sua offerta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-slider-nav-content\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wpostahs-centent-title\">2014<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpostahs-centent\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Nel 2014, presso la sede dell\u2019azienda, \u00e8 stato effettuato uno dei due soli audit svolti sull\u2019intero territorio nazionale, preliminari all\u2019emanazione del Disciplinare del Capo di Polizia del 24\/02\/5015. All\u2019audit hanno partecipato funzionari del Ministero dell\u2019 Interno, Direzione generale di Accredia e vari enti di certificazione.
