Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended and Articles 13 and 15 of Regulation 2016/679 UE (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we would like to inform you that the personal data you provide to Istituto di Vigilanza La Lince VAT Reg. No. 01109500114 Via Privata O.T.O., 33 - 19136 - La Spezia (SP) ITALY (hereinafter referred to as “LA LINCE”) through its website http://www.vigilanzalalince.it, (hereinafter referred to as “site”) will be processed by our Company in accordance with the above-stated regulations.

We inform you that:

  1. when you access the “subscription to newsletter” area you will be asked to provide your email address, name and surname;
  2. when you access the “Request quotation” area you will be asked to provide your name and surname, postal address, town/city, telephone number and email address (private citizens);
  3. when you access the “Work with us” area you will be asked to provide your name and surname, date and place of birth, post code and email address and you will be asked to attach your CV in pdf format.
  4. For the maintenance help desk you will be asked to indicate the contract number
  5. when you access the “Request quotation” area you will be asked to provide the name and surname of the legal representative, postal address, town/city, telephone number and email (companies);

Main definitions and legal references

Personal data
means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Data subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refer.

Trattamento
The natural person that uses this site and that must coincide with the data subject (or person authorised by same) and whose Personal Data are subject to processing.

Processing

Purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing

The data gathered by La Lince are necessary to:

  1. Subscribe to the newsletter
  2. Request a quotation (private citizens)
  3. Send an unsolicited job application (CV)
  4. Contact the help desk
  5. Request a quotation (companies)

The data gathered for these purposes will also be used to send commercial and marketing information regarding La Lince’s activities.

The legal bases of the processing, in accordance with article 6 of Regulation 2016/679 EU, are:

a) Consent;

b) Performance of a contract to which the data subject is party;

c) Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

d) Pursuit of the legitimate interests of the controller or of third parties;

e) Compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

In accordance with the proportionality and necessity principles, the data will not be stored longer than the times necessary to achieve the purposes indicated and in any case no longer than 60 months following their entry barring withdrawal of consent.

Recipients

We also inform you that your personal data will never be disseminated or made available to other recipients. However, in compliance with minimum security measures, your data may be made available to public security forces or other public and private subjects for compliance with law provisions.

Processing methods

La Lince will use automated and/or manual means to process personal data, without profiling as of Article 22, sub-paragraphs 1 and 4 of the GDPR, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR regarding security, using specifically appointed subjects and in compliance with Article 29 of the GDPR, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of the purposes and minimisation of the data as of Article 5 of the GDPR.
